The Simplify and Nourish Program.

It's 6:30 on a Tuesday night. You're sitting in the driveway with the engine off. Inside, someone needs dinner, someone needs help with homework, and there are approximately four hundred unread messages on your phone.

You're not sick. You're not upset. You're just running on empty.

You did the right things this week. You went to bed at a reasonable time. You meal prepped on Sunday. You even did the walk you'd been putting off.

And yet here you are, rationing the energy it will take to walk through your own front door.

The worst part isn't the exhaustion. It's sitting with two things at once: the voice telling you you should be trying harder, and the bone-deep frustration that it shouldn't be this hard in the first place.

That's where this program starts.

Wildly simple doesn’t mean easy.

It means the basics, taken seriously.

Radically different doesn’t mean extreme.

It means choosing differently that what we've been told to do.

You’re managing a lot. Work. Family. The invisible logistics of everyone’s life.

You’re capable. You handle things.

But your body doesn’t operate in a straight line.

Energy rises and falls.
Sleep shifts.
Your cycle changes week to week.
Seasons affect mood and capacity.

You’ve been trained to value consistency, even when your body clearly isn’t consistent.

The radically different move is not to push harder.

It’s to work with what’s actually happening.

Here's what that actually looks like.

Your body runs on rhythms.

Menstrual cycles.
Circadian rhythm.
Seasonal shifts.
Stress and recovery cycles.

Wildly simple is recognising those rhythms and responding accordingly.

Food becomes nourishment, not a project.
Movement becomes responsive, not performative.
Rest becomes structural, not accidental.

No dramatic overhaul.
No complicated protocol.

Just the basics, taken seriously and applied to your real life.

Six months. Three phases. Enough time to see patterns clearly and work with them.

The Simplify
and Nourish Program.

Format:

  • Six months

  • 12 sessions online via Zoom

  • Customised tracking tools, Personalised support between sessions.

Phase 1: Awareness (Months 1-2)

We stop guessing.

You track what’s happening across your cycle, your sleep, your energy and your load.

Not a generic template. Your actual data.

This is where you see clearly where your cyclical body and daily life are out of sync.

Phase 2: Experimentation (Months 3-4)

You choose what to explore.

Food adjustments.
Movement shifts.
Rest structures.
Scheduling changes.

If you’re curious about frameworks that sit outside conventional Western medicine, we can explore those too.

I’m comfortable holding more than one way of understanding the body at once.

Some approaches resonate. Some don’t.

You decide what fits.

Phase 3: Integration (Months 5-6)

We consolidate what works.

What’s sustainable?
What needs boundaries?
What shifts with seasons?

You leave with rhythms that make sense for your life and a framework you can return to when things change.

What you're building.

You’re not building motivation.

You’re building accuracy.

A clear, personalised way of nourishing yourself that fits your cycle, your energy and your real responsibilities.

You stop expecting the same output from every week.

You adjust earlier instead of collapsing later.

And when the six months is up, you don't need me anymore. That's not a side effect of the program. That's the whole point.

Who This Is For.

This is for you if:

  • You’re the one everyone relies on and you're running closer to empty than you’d like.

  • You suspect your body’s rhythms matter more than you’ve allowed.

  • You’re curious about broader approaches but value critical thinking.

  • You want practical change, not another identity shift.

This isn’t for you if you’re looking for:

  • A quick fix.

  • A rigid protocol to follow blindly.

  • Coaching as a replacement for medical care.

FAQs

Q. Do I need a regular 28-day cycle for this to work?

A. No. Very few women have a perfectly regular 28-day cycle. This work isn’t built around a generic template. It’s built around your actual patterns, whether they’re regular, irregular, shifting, perimenopausal or influenced by stress.

We work with what’s real, not what’s ideal.

Q. Is this medical treatment?

A. No. This is coaching. It complements healthcare. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace medical advice.

If you’re managing a medical condition, you stay under the care of your healthcare provider. Any complementary approaches are explored thoughtfully and alongside that care.

Q. What if my schedule is unpredictable?

A. Most of my clients have full calendars. The goal isn’t to create a perfectly controlled life. It’s to understand your rhythms well enough to adjust when you can and respond intelligently when you can’t.

This work is designed for real life, not ideal conditions.

Q. Why six months?

A. Because patterns take time to reveal themselves.

Six months allows us to observe multiple cycles, test changes properly and integrate what actually works.

Anything shorter tends to stay theoretical. This gives it depth.

Q. What if I’m curious about alternative approaches but still skeptical?

A. Good. Curiosity and critical thinking can coexist. Nothing in this work requires blind belief. We explore what interests you carefully and in a way that fits your values.

Q. What if I’m dealing with endometriosis, fertility challenges, perimenopause or another chronic health condition?

A.  You are welcome here.

Many women are navigating reproductive or chronic health realities alongside full lives.

This work complements medical care. If you’re managing a condition, you continue under the guidance of your healthcare provider.

What we focus on is how you live with what’s already happening.

How you plan around lower-capacity phases instead of being blindsided.
How you build rest in before you crash.
How you adjust food and movement so they support you rather than add pressure.

This work helps you to hear your body and to work with it.

Coaching provides education, reflection and support for everyday health and wellbeing. It is not crisis support. Coaching complements healthcare.
