What does a well life look like?

Health matters. So does attention, environment, relationships, curiosity, rest, participation and having some actual life in your life.

There are many ways to build a well life. What matters will be different for each of us.

A well life is the one that works for the person living it.

Meet Kristal.

My work has been shaped by my own experience of health, motherhood and learning what happens when standard advice doesn’t fit real lives.

I’ve trained as a coach across nutrition and health, women’s health and wellness, and holistic wellness, alongside 18 years working in policy and systems.

That combination is why I look beyond individual habits to the wider conditions that shape how we feel, function and live.

Evidence-informed. Curious. No pretending.
