From knowing to doing.
The program for women who already know what needs to change.
You've been told what to do. Eat better. Move more. Reduce stress. Improve your sleep. Manage your symptoms.
Maybe it came from your GP. Your specialist. Your physio. Your naturopath. Maybe you've heard it from several of them, in several appointments, over several years.
You've spent the time. You've spent the money. You have the recommendations.
You're not confused about what needs to change.
You're confused about how to make it happen inside the life you actually have. The one with the full calendar and the mental load and the job and the family and the approximately four hundred things that need doing before you can even think about yourself.
That's not a willpower problem. That's not a motivation problem.
That's a gap between the recommendation and your reality.
Who's this for?
This work is for any woman who has received lifestyle recommendations from a health professional and can't make them stick.
That includes women navigating perimenopause, endometriosis, PCOS, fertility treatment, postpartum recovery, immune conditions, heart disease, diabetes, or any other health reality that comes with a list of things to change.
This is not for you if you're looking for a diagnosis, a meal plan, or a replacement for medical care. In this program we work on the how, not the what. Your health professionals make recommendations on what to change. This is where you figure out how to actually do it.
What gets in the way?
Finding space for recommendations in your actual life is harder than it sounds.
Reducing stress sounds straightforward until your stress is called Tuesday. Improving sleep makes sense until your mind has other plans.
Eating better is obvious until you're the last person fed in your own house.
That doesn't mean the recommendations are wrong.
It means they need translating.
Into your specific life, your specific constraints, your specific version of what realistic actually looks like.
That's the work.
How the work unfolds.
Session 1: Unpack What you've been recommended. What your life actually looks like. Where the friction is. This is where we stop guessing and start seeing clearly.
Session 2: Map Where we start. What realistic change looks like for your specific circumstances. Not a plan that requires you to become a different person. One that works with the person you already are.
Sessions 3, 4, 5: Build Incremental change with someone alongside you.
Adjusting when real life gets in the way.
Because it will.
That's not failure.
That's just Tuesday again.
The practicals.
Sessions 1 and 2 only.
You leave with clarity on what's getting in the way and a realistic map of where to start. A complete, useful outcome on its own.
2 x 60 minute sessions via Zoom. Held within the same week or across two consecutive weeks.
$400
From Knowing to Doing: Intensive.
From Knowing to Doing: Full Program.

FAQs
Q. Do I need a referral from my health professional?
A. No. If you have lifestyle recommendations you haven't been able to action, you're ready to start. You don't need anything else in place before your first session.
Q. What if I'm not sure which option is right for me?
A. Start with the Intensive. Two sessions gives you clarity on what you need. If you want to continue after that, the $400 counts toward the Full Program.
Q. How is this different from seeing a dietitian or allied health professional?
A. Those professionals tell you what to change. This is where you work out how to actually do it inside your real life. It's coaching, not clinical care, and it works alongside any care you're already receiving.
Q. What if my schedule is unpredictable?
A. That's exactly why you're here. We work around your real life, not an ideal version of it. Sessions are fortnightly and booked in advance so you can plan around them.
Q. Is this covered by Medicare?
A. Not currently. Health coaching is not a Medicare-rebatable service in Australia.
Looking for something deeper?
Some women finish From Knowing to Doing and have exactly what they need.
Others realise partway through that they want to go deeper. That it's not just one recommendation they can't implement. It's that their whole relationship with their body needs to shift.
For those women, there's Simplify and Nourish.
You'll know which one you are.
